Web app seems promising, so installed on my iphone. But won’t let me switch to my work accounts (there are two of them beside my personal account). All accounts were listed in settings. By clicking on any of my work accounts takes me back to my personal account from where I started :/ What can I do?

    Dear Costar

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I realize that you've encountered a problem with want to switch your work or personal account and I understand how you feel.

However, I understand that when using a Microsoft 365 work account, you may need to register a tenant or request approval from an IT administrator to use Loop, have you registered a tenant or requested approval from an IT administrator?

Please refer to the specific information: Install the Loop app for Android - Microsoft Support

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Hi, thanks for the fast reply!

On my laptop (win11) I was able to access the work accounts and made some loops as well already. So it is not an access issue.

    Hello, Costar7

There might be something wrong with the Loop installation. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?

And don't forget to remove all the login credentials in iOS settings. This is to rule out the cached login credentials.

    Dear Costar

Thank you for your attention and response!

In order to assist you better, we need more information from you so that we can better judge and analyse the problem for you.

Could you please let me know your Loop version number? After our testing, it is opened properly. Our version number is: Version 2.84 (24040916). You can click on the Settings icon in the bottom left corner once you are in Loop and it will show you your version number. And check if the problem exists after updating your Loop!

From which source did you download the Loop? You can refer to the download method in this link to download, please refer to: Install the Loop iOS app - Microsoft Support

To rule out a problem with your mobile, you can try to check if the problem still exists on other mobile devices.

Thank you again for your support and understanding as well as your trust and patience!

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

I have the latest version installed from App Store. I removed and installed from the provided link again. But the problem is the same.

During installation I haven’t been prompted to install TestFlight as described. So I downloaded manually from the link. Launching TestFlight it asks me to provide an invitation code or click a link from email. I haven’t received any. So I am stuck again there where I was before. No change :/
