So we have a progress tracker table where we track what each person is doing but we dont want it show the old ones as then the page would be very low , we would want it to limit maybe to the 10 latest tasks , is there any way to achieve this and limit the number of rows that is to be shown and then if we want we can then export to excel and look for what we are searching for , this feature is needed since we are a team and it just ruins it.

    Hi Akshay V1

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community forum. I hope you're doing well.

I understand that you have concern about how you can set the limit to last 10 latest tasks of rows in the progress table on Microsoft Loop. I know how important this feature for you since you are working with a team. However, since Microsoft Loop is still on preview version, there are features that are not yet working or available and are still on development. If you can't set the limit of the number of rows, the feature could possibly be not available yet on Microsoft Loop.

With that being said, I highly encourage you to provide feedback directly to our developer team to suggest this feature. During this preview we want to hear from you to help improve your experience. Send us your feedback in the app to help us shape the journey.

To provide feedback, in the bottom right corner on your Microsoft Loop, select HelpGive feedback.

I look forward to your reply.

    Sincerely
