    HiTito Chen

    Greetings!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with MS Office wherein you want to know you want to know if there's a way a restricted loop workspace can be shared.

By the way, Yes, you can share a Loop workspace view with restrictions. However, Microsoft Loop doesn't support external sharing for guests or external users; plans to build these features are in progress.

To share a Loop workspace view with restrictions, you can use the following steps:

    1. Open the Loop workspace that you want to share.
    2. Click on the "Share" button in the top right corner of the screen.
    3. In the "Share" pane that appears on the right side of the screen, click on "People with existing access".
    4. Select the people that you want to share the workspace view with.
    5. Choose whether you want them to be able to edit or just view the workspace.
    6. Click on "Apply" to save your changes.
