I thought it did by the images in the promotions of the insider program includes an access icon. It is installed outside of M.S. 365 in the start menu when I log into access it informs me activation is needed by the 16th of February 2024. Any advice how to handle this I really want to work with access, or how can I switch over to Office Insider
