I understand that you have an issue deleting a Loop component. Let's work together to find the best solution to this problem.

I made further research. I found the steps below on how to do it:

Go to Office.com
Search for Loop.
Click on three-dots beside the component you want to delete.
Click "Open file location" and delete it.

Alternatively, you may delete the component as well in OneDrive.

This does not work. I get an error saying I cannot delete the loop component because it is part of a workspace and I have to delete it in the workspace. The component was already removed from the workspace in the app. When it opens I get an error saying the recycle bin isn't working cause it was created during the loop private preview which also isn't true cause I just signed up for the Loop app today?
