Loop component blurred or not visible in Outlook message.

When I send loop components in the body of an Outlook email it does not display for recipients. I have confirmed that everyone has edit permissions to the component. I have tried sending loops to different recipients as well as tested multiple components and pages. The information displays as it does in the attached screen shot.

    Hi WendyS_123,

    Greetings!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you need help with your Loop component in your Outlook. I'd like to ask few questions that might help me out with my research here.

First, I would like to know what Microsoft 365 subscription are you using? Next is what is the Outlook version you currently using right now?

Lastly, can you please try to test it to your self like send an email to yourself.

We look forward for your reply.

    Regards,

    Hi RichieB,

    Thanks for your response.

    Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise

    Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2308 Build 16.0.16731.20310) 64-bit

If I send an email to myself the loop component works as expected.

    Thanks,

    Wendy

    Hi WendyS_123,

Thank you so much for your update.

You may try to check if there is any available update and then also try to get out from the New Outlook and get back in again just like you're toggling.

Also since you're part of the Insider program, if the issue still persist I highly recommend to submit a feedback about your issue. This is will help our engineering team to make improvements and adjustment.

Go visit this website to be able to submit a feedback if needed: Get started with Microsoft Loop - Microsoft Support

    Thank you,
    RichieB_
