No access to the loop public preview

Hello,

I have a office 365 E3 license with my organization and I know that unfortunately I won't be able to have access to all features in Loop.

However, I don't understand why I can't have access to the public preview currently available. It's says in the app that I can't create new workspaces because my organization don't have the plan for it.

Shouldn't I have access to it during the public preview?

Thanks.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting here in Microsoft Community.

We appreciate your interest in using the Microsoft Loop. To clarify, the Loop public preview is available to all Microsoft 365 commercial customers, including those with an Office 365 E3 license. However, there are certain requirements that need to be met in order to access the preview.

Firstly, your organization needs to have opted in to the Microsoft 365 Public Preview program. Secondly, your account needs to have the necessary permissions to access the preview. Which users with Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 needs to enable the Extra Features license which this has no charge, if you are the IT admin of the organization you may refer to this article: Understand the Microsoft 365 E3 Extra Features license | Microsoft Learn

IT administrators who set organizational policy can enable or disable the ability to create new Loop workspaces or Loop pages and components.

You may also refer to this article: Loop access via Microsoft 365 subscriptions - Microsoft Support

If you are still unable to access the Loop public preview, I recommend reaching out to your organization's IT administrator to ensure that the necessary requirements have been met.

    Kind regards,

    Arquel C.
