Hi, why I cannot add a new sub-page to Loop?

There is a "forbidden" icon while I mouse over the sub-menu option.

    Hi marcio.martins,

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I recognize the significance of this matter. With regards to your inquiry, the presence of the "forbidden" icon when hovering over the sub-menu option might suggest that you lack the required permissions to add a new sub-page to Loop.

To add a new sub-page to Loop, you need to have the appropriate permissions. You can check with your administrator to ensure that you have the necessary permissions to add a new sub-page. If you're still having trouble, you can try logging out and logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.

In the meantime, you may attempt the subsequent procedures:

    • Clearing the cache and cookies in your browser. Afterwards, please retry the process of creating a new workspace or page.
    • Explore the possibility of using an alternative browser or device to observe if the problem persists.

    Hope this information proves helpful.

    Regards,
