This is starting to be annoying. The question was phrased as a question. It was quite coherent and concise. Are you going to help me or not?

    Hello,

Windows 8.1 support ended on January 10, 2023.

While you could continue to use a PC running Windows 8.1, without continued software and security updates, your PC will be at greater risk for viruses and malware. We recommend upgrading to a version of Windows that is still supported. A new device that can run Windows 11 makes for an easy transition and a great experience.

Microsoft will no longer provide ISO to download.

Hi, Microsoft no longer provides an installation package for Windows 8.1. See: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download

You could try a reset. Not sure with Windows 8.1, but try typing>Reset in the Windows search box>Click on>Reset this PC. You should have an option to reset the PC
