Searching more, it says the bitlocker needed to be enabled and it was not enabled so i ahve no way of getting back in unless I restart the computer which I CAN NOT do, is there’s ANY other way?

    Hello,

If your computer is asking for a BitLocker recovery key, it means the drive is encrypted. This is a security feature to protect data. It can be triggered by system updates, hardware changes, or unexpected shutdowns.

Even if you didn't enable it yourself, it was likely enabled automatically by your device manufacturer or by a security policy from your company. Here's where you can check:

    1. Contact your IT Department/Help Desk. Your IT department might store the key in your organization's Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).
    2. You can check your own account at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey.

Unfortunately, there is no other way to bypass the recovery screen. This is by design to ensure data security. If the key cannot be found, the only other option is to reset the computer, which will erase all your data.

    Best regards.
