im in the windows 8.1 store and im trying to install an unavailable app i own called Xbox 360 SmartGlass because don't ask why, (hint: i can't afford an xbox one)

but when i try to install on the 8.1 store i get this error:

This item is no longer available.

Sorry, this item has been removed and is no longer available for purchase.

                                                                                                                                        | Close |

One thing to note is, like i said earlier, THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE AND I OWN THE ITEM (proof on the image below) and im writing this just to double check if this is an error or some microsoft store term says that basically owning it only gets the license to access the app or something like that because i heard somewhere on the community mentioning that, so it is just me or is microsoft saying that you only buy access to the app when you click the install button because corporate greed? cause i really wanna use that app even when their servers are down.

Ok thats all i have in mind as the time of writing this, hopefully i get an proper answer that doesn't look like it was generated by a bot.

(language is brazilian portuguese cause of course i live in brazil but since i preferably talk english on the internet and the amount of words on the brazilian dictionary that i forgot the meaning, i posted on the US support community)
