Microsoft Store problem

When I open the Microsoft Store,  it says Windows Store isn't available at the moment. Please try again later.

If I wait and press on try again it says We weren't able to connect to the store. This might have happened due to a server problem or the network connection timed out. Please wait a few minutes and try again (0x8000405). How do I solve this error?
