Hi NortiaSanders:
What is your computer make / model, Windows operating system (if Win 10 include your version and build - see the TechSmith article How to Check Windows 10 Build), default browser and antivirus. If you have a desktop computer with an external monitor let us know the make and model of your monitor as well. Please note that you posted your question in the Windows Vista board and extended support for this OS ended on 11-Apr-2017. We'll ask a Forum Moderator to move your question to the appropriate board if you have a different OS.
If re-booting your computer doesn't help, could you clarify what you mean by "Access" icon (e.g., does it look like the padlock icon described in the thread Padlock Symbol in Middle of Screen in the Dell forum) and does it appear as soon as you boot up your computer and remain there until your computer is shut down? It would be helpful if you could post a screenshot of this icon in your next reply so we understand what you're seeing.
