.NET Portability Analyzer
command-line tool
Visual Studio extension
.NET API analyzer

Are the above tools required any licence to install on The machine or just i can install them on my machine and start working without working about the cost and licence?

Please let me know.

    Visual studio is not currently supported here on QnA. They're actively answering questions in dedicated forums here.
