hello guys . I came here regarding some error with my store app . whenever I open it , it says 'we weren't able to connect to store . this might have happened because of a server problem or network connection timed out . please wait a few minutes or try again .'(as mentioned in the screenshot) . i literally tried everything I could like-
**Try 1 -TO MAKE SURE INTERNET IS WORKING FINE ( i also unticked the '**Use Proxy Server for your LAN' option )
Try 2-MADE SURE THAT SYSTEM DATE & TIME ARE CORRECT
Try 3 -TRIED USING LOCAL ACCOUNT AND DIFFERENT MICROSOFT ACCOUNT (both failed)
Try 4- USING 'sfc /scannow' COMMAND
Try 5-ALLOWED STORE THROUGH FIREWALL
Try 6-DISABLED ANTIVIRUS
Try 7- USING 'msreset.exe'
and at last - I TRIED EVERYTHING GIVEN IN THIS THREAD -

The only two things left are refreshing and factory reset ( I think so ) . unfortunately , I cannot do refresh because it says -'files are missing'(or something kinda that)
and I am having very important data but don't have any storage to backup for factory reset .
