on calling following code for notification:

var channel = await PushNotificationChannelManager.CreatePushNotificationChannelForApplicationAsync();

throwing following exception:

This operation returned because the timeout period expired. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800705B4)

OS - Win10
Version - 14393
My device is connected through proxy. I have white listed some URLs by using below link but still have issue.

Actually Its working without proxy, but we have requirement that proxy to be used and all external URIs in use for the app will be whitelisted.

I have white listed URLs mentioned in the following link but this is not resolving the issue. am I missing some URL to be whitelisted ?

This may require you to check your organization firewall network. Is your whitelist set on the firewall of the device or the firewall of the proxy network?
