Windows Server 2012 R2 Won't Boot After Image Restore - Error 0xc00002e0

Hi.  I am running Windows Server 2012 R2 and the primary application that I have running on it is Microsoft CRM 2016.

I installed the latest update to Microsoft CRM and noticed that there was a problem and thought that the best thing to do was just an image restore and go back to the version I had before the update.

When I did a search on that error message, 0xc00002e0, I see that it says "The Security Accounts Manager needs to the boot key from the floppy disk.

I have done several server image restores in the past and have never had a problem.  I have no idea as to what caused this issue.

I have done several image restores (different dates) and I keep getting the same error message.

I would have thought that by doing the image restore that part of it would have been the Security Accounts Manager boot key.

With a system that will not boot to Windows can someone please walk me through the steps of how I can get the boot key, where ever that is, to the Security Accounts Manager, where ever that is.

I thought that maybe this error might have something to do with a hard disk going bad but I ran a complete set of hardware diagnostics on my server and it did not indicate that I have any problems other than it not booting.

Ideas?

Thank you.
