and it directs me to :

Does anyone know what the reason is?

    That's because MSDN forum is closing, and would be replaced by this forum.

    In fact most English-based forum have either finished migration or discontinued, just the non-English forums are operating there.

    Hello,

    I go to my account in MSDN and try to post a question in there, it doesn't allow me and redirects me to this site.

    I need my old posts because from time to time, I review them.

    What is the reason they are removing the MSDN forum?

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

    MSDN English-based forum about SQL Server has been migrated to Microsoft Q&A since last August due to some policy adjustment. But you could still read your forums there in MSDN.

    If you have any issue about SQL Server or other Microsoft products, you could ask questions here and will get more professional help from many experts here.
