In order to hide the top bar in Hyper-V client in full screen mode, you can click (unpin) button. This will make this bar autohide after few seconds.
Moreover, you can make the top bar displays again by hovering your mouse cursor at the last location of it.

Unfortunatly that didn't work.
Thank you for your response! Make sure that after you click the button, it has to change to this and then wait for at least 5 seconds, the bar will be automatically hidden.
I see. I was totally confused by this icon use. looks like pinned and
like unpinned to me. 😁 thanks!
