Trying to Run the Intune "Windows feature update device readiness report"

Hello,

I'm trying to run the Intune report "Windows feature update device readiness report" but when I open it, there is now Target OS for me to select from. How long does this take before data starts coming in? I have performed the following:

  • Enabled Windows Diagnostic data
  • Created 2 separate Configuration Profiles
    • Devices Configuration to Allow Telemetry with Basic level
    • Devices Configuration for Health monitoring

    This can take up to 52 hours
