Hello,
We have several devices running OS version 26100.1 that have failed to update. Updates are managed through Intune using a ring policy; however, several devices are encountering errors when attempting to install updates, showing error code 0x800f0993. Is there any way to update these machines?
I have tried the following steps but still no luck:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Reset Windows Update Manually
download the updates from the Microsoft Update Catalog
Download Windows 11 Installation Assistant and run the EXE

Will there be any helpfull information if you look in Event Viewer into path:
Applications and Services\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdateClient
Also Event Viewer's System reveals some of updates activity. Error codes and messages might help you to looking around for more specific root cause.
