start with the easy fixes: Remove any existing management profile from the device via Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, then restart the phone before retrying enrollment. (2) Reinstall the Intune Company Portal app to ensure a clean and updated version or alternatively use Safari to enroll via portal.manage.microsoft.com. (3) Disable Safari’s “Request Desktop Website” setting for all sites and clear browsing data, as this can interfere with profile downloads and cause corruption errors, (4) double-check your internet connection, and restart the phone. These simple steps resolve the majority of Intune enrollment issues.
