Looks like the prereq points you at a download link that isn't the right download link, but an old version.

When I try to install the correct version as suggested above, I get a different error: Installation of this product failed because it is not supported on this operating system. I am running all my site servers on Server 2019, I would have thought it would have been supported on this OS?
