Win32 app deployment is not reporting the accurate device status in the App Overview setting. The detection rule is correct as some users' status is installed. Moreover I know the deployment is successful because its an agent reporting the number of devices added in the dashboard with that version. Are there any IP/URLs to whitelist through our Firewall? Any suggestions causing this behaviour?

This seems to be related to this known issue where the app install history may show the status as “Failed to install”, however the app is present on the device.

The Win32 App was in the "Not Installed" status for weeks after the deployment then auto corrected with no changes to the detection clause.
Confirms as the answer that it is a known issue not related to configuration but an a known issue of showing inaccurate status.
