InvokeEnvironmentChecker error when deploying Azure Local instance from Azure. HAs anyone encountered this?

I am getting below errors eventhough I am using the domain admin account:

    Did you find the root cause / solution to this.

    I've encountered this error after deleting a test cluster and trying to redeploy.

    In the deployment wizard on the azure portal, it only asks for the deployment / lcm user and this isn't a domain admin by default, and in my previous install it worked fine.

    That's not to say I haven't done something else incorrectly, but I also hit this today with the latest HCI OS/deployment
