How to Reset MFA 365 Developer Program Tenant Admin Account

Hello

I have a subscription to Microsoft 365 for developers.

I am trying to log in with the administrator account but I no longer have the MFA active on my cell phone.

Is it possible that from the support area they can perform a reset of MFA for this account ?

Nobody in Microsoft is aware of how to resovle this issue.

I am in the same boat and Microsoft doesn't have a clue how to resolve this issue even though it is their own product. You will have to delete the profile (that deletes your subscription and ALL that data in it) and then create a new one. Let's all put our hands together for Microslop.

My experience ..
Sat AM 01:15:00 On hold, then call answered and support hung up before I could say a single word.

Sat PM 02:40:00 On hold and gave up

Sun PM 01:36:00 On hold and gave up

Mon PM 03:10:00 On hold and gave up

Microsoft - number one for customer service (not)
