I am unable to do update for KB2919355 in windows 8.1

I want to do update KB2919355 in my pc but it show an error that the update in not applicable to your computer. i searched online for this issue, then i found that to do this i update first, i have to install KB2919442 update. this update also have same problem. i tried many solutions for this but nothing worked. I reinstalled my window but still have the same problem. i tried troubleshooting but not worked. then searched for this problem and found that first, install all updates form from windows update but i didnt find both of them in list so installed rest of updates but when i installed some updates and some was updates was remaining, i restarted my pc and then windows update stopped working fine, now it showing that no updat is available and when i click to check for updates, it just check for updates like forever but didn't show any update. i tried everything to do windows update work but nothing worked still have the same problem. please tell me what to do.
