there is no option to change or rename an existing Azure Log Analytics Workspace.

The workaround might be to create a new Log Analytics Workspace and reconfigure the resources to use the new Workspace.

Creating a new Log Analytics Workspace may not be viable as historic data will remain in the prior Workspace.
