Distributing apk file for Android does nothing

I can succsessfully distribute apps for android from Google Store but if I import .apk file into Intune and assign it to same User collection, there will be no activity. I have seen this behavior 2 years ago when I tried this for the first time and gave up. Now same need occured. Also I can download same .apk file from vendor web side and install it successfully (but manually) for the same device.

    @Pavel Yannara Mirochnitchenko, Thanks for the reply. In fact, LOB deploy via Android Enterprise differ from non-Android Enterprise. For Android Enteprises, we deploy the app via Managed Google Play private app. For Android device administrator device, we deploy the app via Line of Business app type.
