BitLocker Encrypted Drive Not Showing Up In Disklist

I am trying to repair a laptop with BitLocker on it. The recovery key is completely lost, and I am attempting to factory reset the computer to reinstall windows. The normal troubleshooting screen factory reset does not work, it returns an error every time. I inserted a windows USB boot drive so I could access the command prompt, but when I do disklist, the only disk to show up is the USB that I am installing windows from. This is extremely frustrating and I am looking for a solution to get this thing factory reset.

Hello Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Bitlocker. From BIOS please try Disable Secure Boot and TPM and Enable Legacy Boot option then Try to Boot using Windows installation disk. --If the reply is helpful, please Upvote and Accept as answer--
