I possess a PostgreSQL flexible server that was functioning properly until yesterday; however, today I am experiencing connection timeouts. Upon checking the Azure portal, I am unable to retrieve the database or modify the compute tier. Additionally, I cannot restore the server using the restore point, as it presents a conflict error during the restoration attempt. I have observed some resource health incidents, but there have been no further updates from Azure, and the resource status remains unavailable.
